Montse Navarra is a wine made by the traditional method
of “bleeding” which is how the rosés are made in Navarra.
It consists of the must remaining in contact with the solid parts
(skins) a short period of time (4-6 hours), to pass to
stainless steel tank (without pressing) where it will ferment with temperature control at 18oC.
TASTING NOTES
View: A beautiful bright pale pink, with light purple tones that highlight its youth.
Nose: predominant aromas of red fruits, fresh, currants, strawberries.
Mouth: it is long and complex, very fruity with compendium of red fruits and freshly picked strawberries. It has a good tannic structure that predicts good old age.
PAIRING
Italian cuisine (pasta, risotto …), oriental (sweet and sour dishes).
Traditional cuisine (vegetables from the garden, white meat, rice and grills).
Serve between 8 and 10ºC
COUPAGE
Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Alcohol content 13.5%
